-One week per month ongoing
Description/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Oregon license, Board Certification, BLS and ACLS
Coverage: 24-hour call coverage one week per month ongoing.
Critical access hospital. 3 OR's. Will cover as solo ENT while on call
