Description: Pulmonology Physician Locums Job in Colorado April-September Clinic Coverage Schedule needed: 4 weeks per month - Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch starting April 2025 April 1-4 April 21-25 April 28-May 2 May 5-9 May 12-16 May 19-23 May 26-30 June 2-6 June 9-13 June 23-27 June 30-July 4 July 7-11 July 14-18 July 21-25 July 28-August 1 August 4-8 August 11-15 August 18-22 August 25-29 September 1-5 September 8-12 September 15-19 September 22-26 Job Requirements: Board Certified Pulmonology - Required Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) Active BLS - Required for credentialing Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.) Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required Must be available Monday-Friday starting April 2025 Must detail the providers specific dates of availability April 2025-Sept 2025 to be considered Clean Malpractice - required for urgent April start, and highly preferred for May start. Candidates that include a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with higher priority over those that do not present with NPDB self inquiry report. Clean Background Setting: Clinic Trauma Level III Will see clinic patients, both new and established.
