Description: Client seeking Physician for contract assignment in Jack, AL on December 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27. Hours are December 19, 26, 9:00am - 7:00pm; December 23, 24, 7:00am - 3:30pm; December 20, 27, 8:00am - 1:00pm. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care and acute care. Clinic dispenses medications but does not participate in HomeMed. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
