What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a skilled fabrication team , ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Overseeing high-end countertop production with advanced machinery.
- Driving process improvements to maximize shop performance.
- Working closely with sales and installation teams for seamless project execution .
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in countertop fabrication with a strong understanding of materials and processes.
- Hands-on expertise with combicut machines, Sasso K600, and Ahorse scanners.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with AutoCAD and ALPHA for design and production planning.
