Employment Services Manager - Equal Employment Opportunity Program (EEOP) Valley Water is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employment Services Manager to support employees, foster a positive workplace culture, and oversee our Equal Employment Opportunity Program (EEOP). In addition, this position will also oversee all aspects of the EEOP including investigating complaints, conducting employee and supervisor training and ongoing employee communication to foster a work environment free of discrimination, harassment, abusive conduct, and/or retaliation. Employment with Valley Water requires employees to live within 150 miles of their primary physical work location located in San Jose, California by their start date. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, typically working 40% remote and 60% onsite, after completion of the probationary period (one year).
