Key Responsibilities

- Strengthen financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timely insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee banking relationships, debt management, and equity financing to support financial stability.
- Ensure legal, compliance, and risk management functions align with industry regulations and company policies.
- Optimize financial systems, transaction processes, and internal controls to drive efficiency.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, leading financial due diligence and structuring deal terms.
- Evaluate and oversee employee benefit programs, balancing cost-effectiveness with competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
