Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist to work with a partnering Hospice Care facility in Suffolk, Virginia. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$1,860 $2,226 per week 13-week contract with possibility of extensionHospice Care Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in VirginiaAmerican Heart Association BLSAt least 1-year of experience as a Physical TherapistPrior experience in hospice care
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
