Active Patient Count: 9,200
Moving Towards a Fully Digital Office
Some Medicaid Patients Seen (but not full Medicaid)
Primarily Adult Patients
Key Procedure Focus: Dentures
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Staff:
- No current EFDA, but the practice is actively seeking one
- 1 Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who runs two chairs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including thorough exams, accurate diagnoses, and treatment of various dental conditions.
- Offer preventative care and educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health for long-term well-being.
- Ensure detailed, accurate patient records and full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to continually elevate care standards and patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of Tennessee.
- Strong knowledge of dental principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in dentistry.
