THIS IS THE TOTAL PACKAGE DREAM CAREER! Seriously, this opportunity has it all. Great Location? Done - Just outside of 3 major metros (Cincinnati/Louisville/Lexington). Work life balance? Check - you only work 2.5 days per week. Great salary? Here, a 1.0 FTE is based on $275k - $300k plus RVU bonuses. Don't want to be overwhelmed by patient load? Check- only 15+ ppd in the clinic here. All this and more!

IDEAL CANDIDATE: BC/BE Family Medicine MD/DO - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

- Higher than MGMA Median Base Salary (prorated for part time) + per wRVU above a low annual threshold target


- Annual salary increase of 3% to 5%


- 99% Outpatient


- 2.5 day work week


- 15+ ppd in clinic


- Call is 1:6 weekends + 1-2 weekdays per month of very light inpatient rounding and then go home


- Average inpatient census is only 5 (highest in hospital's history was only 15)


- Clinic schedule is MON-FRI; 8a-5p


- NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS OUTSIDE OF CALL
