The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Survivability risk reduction efforts in support of a Phantom Works portfolio program located on the St Louis site in Berkeley, MO. As the Survivability Risk Reduction Manager, you will report to the program's Survivability senior manager and lead a team of engineers responsible for identification and mitigation of survivability related risks. You will be responsible for managing the staffing, budgets and work scope associated with the identification and management of survivability related risk reduction activities. The successful candidate will oversee a team of highly skilled engineers, coordinate across multi-disciplined engineering IPTs, work with manufacturing to design and build test articles and oversee RCS range testing.
