Warehouse Materials Coordinator

My client, a medical device company based in Dublin now have a new vacancy for a Warehouse Materials Coordinator. Based in Dublin you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and play a key role in planning, organising, and managing the portfolio of stock.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Management of stock including stock takes schedule and resolving queries. Manage the returns process. Ensuring all stock leaving has the correct lot/batch recording. Work closely with purchasing to ensure compliance with supplier, quality, and regulatory standards. Ensure strict adherence to all warehouse SOP's and MDR guidelines. Process improvement Delivery of first-class support and service to all teams

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a warehouse environment.

SAP Skills

Strong organisational and project management skills

Proven attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong people skills

Time Management skills

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and changing circumstances.
