Your Dual Role Includes: As Director of Rehabilitation: Supervise and lead the rehab team, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulations. Oversee therapy operations, documentation audits, and maintain high patient care standards. Develop and implement innovative therapy programs. As a Physical Therapist/PTA: Provide high-quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice. Assist in patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Work collaboratively with the rehab team to maximize patient mobility and recovery. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and progress. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience. At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting OR experience as a clinical operations point person for 1 year.
