It is not uncommon in our field for BCBAs to have large caseloads, long working days, hours spent driving, overwhelming administrative tasks, and excessive cancellations. We have created multiple layers of support so that BCBAs can focus on client care and supervision. We have found the best way to encourage work-life balance for our BCBAs is to provide both salary and hourly options for BCBAs, so that our team can select the option that works best for them. ABA therapy takes place during the school day. This allows students to receive 1:1 support, and intensive ABA while also receiving a quality, engaging, and individualized education. The large majority of Autism Solutions clients attend Autism Solutions Academy, although we continue to serve therapy-only day time and evening clients at the centers.
