Position: Onsite IT Support Engineer |
Description: Onsite IT Support Engineer Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Responsibilities: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide onsite support to our clients.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
- Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system.
- Manage IT assets.
Skills: - Experience with onsite support and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Familiar with Mac OS and various software applications.
- Experience with Managed Print Service (MPS), mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android) using MS Intune, and MS Office 365.
- Customer-oriented approach.
