Position: Mobile IT Support Engineer |

As a Mobile IT Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for our clients' technical needs, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. Get ready to dive into a world of problem-solving and technical expertise! Responsibilities: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional support.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
- Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system.
- Manage IT assets effectively.
- Travel to various client locations to provide on-site support.
Skills: - Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to effectively interact with local end-users and provide online support.
- Hands-on experience with software and operating system deployment using SCCM or other relevant technologies.
- Prior experience working as an IT Support Engineer.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
