Boeing Air Dominance-Phantom Works is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Vehicle Management System (VMS) Hardware and Requirements Engineering Manager to join the Phantom Works VMS Integrated Product Team (IPT) in Berkeley, MO. This position will lead VMS Hardware and Requirements engineering teams on a Phantom Works program. This manager position will report to the VMS Senior Manager. In this role, the manager will lead a team of hardware engineers and suppliers to develop, integrate, test, and certify a vehicle management system, and will also lead a team of engineers to develop software requirements and verification tests for VMS application software. The manager and team also interface to the program systems engineering team and support integration with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
