7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts for optimal balance.
Flexible employment options: Choose between W2 or 1099 arrangements.
Support for most H1B visas (J1 visas unfortunately not supported).

Compensation
W2 Option: $327,000 annually with benefits.
1099 Option: $382,000 annually, offering flexibility and independence.
