Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions within the organization. This role involves managing the accumulation and consolidation of financial data and preparing internal and external financial statements. The Controller will guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, while also protecting assets through the establishment and enforcement of internal controls. Additionally, the Controller will oversee audits and provide detailed financial information as needed to ensure the organization s financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting operations, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
• Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for the preparation of internal and external financial statements.
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing accounting policies and procedures.
• Protect organizational assets by ensuring proper internal controls are in place and regularly monitored.
• Conduct audits and monitor the financial condition of the organization, providing information and reports as required.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial staff.
