Description: A fantastic Indian Health Hospital in Western Alaska is looking for a qualified and fitting Family Practice Physician! Seeking full-time, permanent opportunity. Details are below:
Family Practice Physician Opportunity:
- Minimum Starting Pay: $261,248 annually, exempt
- Sign On Bonus: $75,000 (Three year) $35,000 (two year)
- Relocation: $15,000 (individual) $20,000 (family)
- Retention: % Annual (Inquire about this!)
- Performance Bonus: $75,000 annually, paid out quarterly at $18,750.
- Family Practice Physician will be providing medical care to an Indian population of all ages and backgrounds.
Family Practice Physician Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited Family Practice program.
- Must be BE / BC in Family Practice.
- Must be able to obtain Alaska Licensure after hire.
