Job Description:
- Must provide 5-10days of coverage per month the provider can offer to the site starting March 2025

Pay Package:
- Hourly Rate: $350/hr.
- OT Rate: $525/hr.
- Call Back Rate: $440/hr.
- Nightly Call: $400 per Nightly Call
- 24hrs On Call: $2000 per 24hr On Call
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Shifts will be regular hours during the day and then night call. 5-10 days of coverage needed per month
- The shift could be from 7-5 or 8-5.
- - They are shifting to a structure of 4 hours onsite doing screenings and then the rest of the time for that shift
- they will be on call (beeper). If there are any findings on those screenings, NP will follow up on those

- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), injection of varice, PEG
