Description: Facility in Great Barrington, MA seeking Cardiology locums coverage Rates: $350/hr Facility is seeking a Cardiologist starting in December 2024 for outpatient and occasional inpatient consult coverage. Job Details:
- Practice Setting: Mostly outpatient, with occasional inpatient consults.
- Procedures Required: Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Electrical Cardioversions, Electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- Coverage: 5 days per week.
- Call Ratio: None.
- Clinic Patients per Day: 10-13 (new and follow-ups).
- Inpatient Admissions per Day: 0-1.
- Supervised with: 1 APP.
- Group: 8 cardiologists on staff.
- Patient Demographic: Adult and geriatric.
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
Requirements:
- Massachusetts License: Highly preferred (willing to consider providers needing to obtain a license).
- BLS/ACLS: Required (AHA or American Red Cross).
- Board Certified/Eligible (ABIM): Required.
- COVID Vaccination: Required.
- Clean background: Required for quick credentialing.
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS (AHA).
