Description: Location: Central Arizona (greater Flagstaff, AZ area) Specialty: Electrophysiology Requirements: Active AZ license, Active DEA, Board Certified/Eligible in related specialty Schedule: Mon-Fri (7:00am-5:30pm) Cath Lab at Hospital EXCEPT for the below days: 1.Wednesday (8am-5pm) In Office Clinic 2.2nd Friday of the month (8am-5pm) Telemedicine Clinic 3.4th Friday of the month (8am-5pm) In Office Clinic (Night Beeper Call on Fridays) Census: 20-22 patientsProcedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations, etc. EMR: CernerDuration: April 14, 2025 Ongoing Dates of Coverage (more dates to come): 1.April 14-182.April 21-253.April 28-May 2nd 4.June 2-65.June 23-276.July 7-11 Compensation: up to $400/hr (negotiable) Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice provided
