Job Requirements for Assignment # 108096:
Arizona state medical license required due to timing
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Starts March 25, 2025 and ongoing
Temporary privileges available for physicians with clean background
Inpatient and Outpatient setting - Scheduled
Clinic is 2-4 hrs a week for surgical follow ups
ATLS Required
Level 3 trauma center, 150+ beds, Medhost EMR
Reason for need - Department restructuring
