Urology Physician Locums Job in Illinois Weekday Clinic Coverage

Our client in Illinois is seeking Urology physicians for weekday clinic coverage. The need is for one week per month and an opportunity for ongoing coverage. No night call required. Are you available?

Dates for Assignment:

Starting as soon as credentialed.

Job Requirements for Assignment:

Active Illinois license or IMLC required

Active Illinois DEA

Board Certified in Urology or truly Board Eligible

ACLS and BLS required

Bread and butter Urology clinic coverage

Low volume

Level III Trauma

EMR: Epic

25 bed facility

60 day credentialing timeline
