Active CT License CT DEA 90-day credentialing. Willing to credential and license during credentialing but will take 120 days. Community Hospital 220 beds (applying to be a level 3 trauma hospital) Level II NICU Bread and butter cases: Ortho, podiatry, surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, vascular (open and in cath lab) No complicated Brain, No thoracic, no open heart, not complicated OB, only healthy peds. Directed supervision: 3-1 model |
