Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. As an Oral Surgeon, you will have complete autonomy in practice, access to a robust patient base and a supportive administrative team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in oral surgery and participate in ongoing education.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for staff and patients alike.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.
- Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Valid dental license in Missouri.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
