Position Highlights :
Work-Life Balance: Standard weekday hours with flexibility depending on patient mix; typical shifts run 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call.

Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates based on experience
- PT I (0-3 years): $36.50 - $38.72/hr
- PT II (4+ years): $40.66 - $54.64/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Qualifications :
Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina PT license.
Skillset: Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
Experience: All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
