Position Highlights :




  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling within clinic hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday); 40-hour workweek with some autonomy over daily structure.

Compensation & Benefits :




  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates based on experience.

    • PT I (0-3 years): $36.50 - $38.72/hr

    • PT II (4+ years): $40.66 - $54.64/hr




  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Qualifications :




  • Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.


  • Certifications & Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.


  • Skillset: Experience with inpatient adult and geriatric populations; ability to administer complex diagnostic tests and implement advanced therapeutic techniques.


  • Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced PTs.
