Description: Work Dates Needed: Ongoing; 4+ shifts per month; 5 FTE Preferred Schedule: 7a-4p; 11a-9p; 3p-1a and 9p-7a Worksite Setting: Hospital; 37,000 annual volume; Trauma level 3; 278 Hospital Beds; 39 ED & Fast Track Beds Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine; 101 PPD; Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IMLC or Ohio License; BC EM; ATLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Must have clean files. EMR: EPIC; no scribe coverage Pay Rate Preferred: $250 Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position: Residency's Accepted: Emergency Medicine. clinicians need to have life support certs sponsored by the AHA EM Boarded/Eligible: Must have ATLS & ACLS once only and PALS current All clinicians need to have NIHSS no older than 2 years ABS is not accepted What is the backup subspecialty support make up at the facility? Neurology/Ortho/Cardiology/Trauma What is the APC coverage? 3 APP Shifts daily; 6a to 5p, 10a to 10 p (M-W) 10a to 8p (Thu-Sun) 5p to 4a What is the % of Admitted Patients? 30% Client is willing to pay for travel expenses Do not run codes on floor Vaccination requirements?
