As Team Leader Process Engineering, you will manage a team of 12 Process Engineers who prepare workscopes for aircraft heavy checks, redelivery, and specialized tasks like VIP and Special Mission aircraft conversions. Your role will focus on ensuring the workload is balanced, projects stay on track, and that the team is fully supported-whether it's covering for illness or vacation or helping with administrative duties.

You will work closely with colleagues across four hangars, ensuring they have the resources to complete their work and assisting with process improvements. LEAN projects and continuous efficiency are key to aligning the team with customer demands.

• MBO+ or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of planning, quality systems, and EASA Part 145
• Experience leading and motivating technical teams
• Proficiency in Dutch and English ️
