Position: Emergency Medicine Physician |
Description: Facility in Omaha, NE seeking EM locums coverage Rates: $300/hr Position Summary: Facility is seeking locums coverage for their emergency department, with a start date in early 2025. Primary responsibilities include routine ER duties, handling codes, and working in a facility with limited trauma cases. Scheduling Details:
- Shifts: Primarily mid-shifts, 8-8.5 hours.
- EMR System: EPIC with Dragon for dictation.
Requirements:
- Education: M.D., D.O. with ACGME/AOA-approved Emergency Medicine residency.
- Board Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine. Family Medicine with 10+ years of ED experience may be considered.
- Licensure: Active Nebraska License preferred; willing to consider those in the process.
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED.
- Experience: Recent practice in Emergency Medicine within the past 12 months or residency completion in the past 6 months.
