Pay & Benefits:
scale up to $0.55/mile (including performance bonuses)
Sliding scale performance bonuses based on total miles/week
Pay for all miles driven- loaded and unloaded!
Consistent miles available (average 2,600/week, max over 3,500)

Equipment:
- Approximately 200 power units, almost all under 4 years old
- Primarily Cummins-powered International LT625s
- Bendix "Wingman" safety systems fleetwide
- Automated documentation tools for simplified BOLs, PODs, invoicing, etc.
- Over 400 paper-spec dry van trailers
- "Drop & Hook" programs where possible to eliminate wait times
- Two terminals (Wiggins, MS & Tupelo, MS) and multiple drop yards
Dispatch & Support:
- Load Planners and Fleet Managers assigned by driver, not by geographic regions
- Dispatch staff that knows you and your preferences
- Company owners with "open door" policy
- Flexible home time (submitted through ELDs)
- NO routes to/from New York City or Jersey City
- 1 Day Orientation
- Weekly Direct Deposit
- Training program available (if qualified and approved by Director of Safety)
- Passenger Policy: $9.00/month; Pet Policy: $500 deductible (non-refundable)
- Paid vacation after 12 months
- $1,200 referral bonus for drivers hired by BLT that you refer
