Description: Reese is an 88 year old company who sells Roofing, Siding and other exterior building materials to Builders and Contractors. We operate 9 Branches in Indiana and 1 in Kentucky. We are a growing company with a large fleet, currently seeking hard-working, dependable drivers to join our team. Commercial Drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring safe travel on Indiana and Kentucky's roads. We are looking to hire a Class A CDL Driver based at our brand new Evansville, IN. location. Quick Details Home every night, local deliveries and pickups; Hours are generally 6:00am -5:00pm; M-F., and when scheduled Saturdays 6:00am - Noon Pay is $26.00 plus Benefits (see below); You'll be delivering Building Materials, (Roofing, Siding, Windows), to existing homes, new construction homes, commercial buildings. You'll be delivering via Flatbed with a Piggy Back Forklift, a Knuckle Boom Crane or Day Cab w/Flatbed. Job Requirements Must maintain a current CDL License and have a minimum of 1 year experience with current license; Must have a current a D.O.T. physical exam; Must be able to drive a Manual Transmission vehicle; Must pass a pre-employment and random D.O.T. Drug screenings; Must pass a Background check; Must be able to climb and walk on a vehicles bed and truck mounted forklift; Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs. unaided; Must have ability to learn to operate a truck-mounted, Knuckle Boom, Crane and Forklift; Must have ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement if not already have one; Must be able to stand for 30 minutes to an hour while unloading vehicle or operating equipment; Must be able to work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, rain and snow; Benefits Time and a half after 40 hours; Auto enrolled into ROTH 401k at 1%; ROTH 401k Employer match at 33% after 1 year; Profit Sharing when employed for 1 full calendar year from 1/1 to 12/31; Employee Stock Option Plan, (E.S.O.P.) is part of the Profit-Sharing package; 6 days of Paid Holidays after 90 days; 10 Days of Paid Vacation after 90 days; 6 Days of PTO Days after 90 days; 3 Paid Bereavement Days, (in qualifying situations) after 90 days; Medical Insurance Paid by Reese and Employee after 90 days; Vision and Dental Insurance offered, Paid by Employee after 90 days; Basic Life and AD&D for 100% of Salary after 90 days. |
