End-to-End Supply Chain Lead

At GKN Fokker Landing Gear, we specialize in designing, developing, and manufacturing high-performance landing gear systems for aircraft such as the F-35 Lightning II, Apache attack helicopter, and NH90 maritime helicopter. As an End-to-End Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for managing the internal execution of key landing gear programs for the NH-90 helicopter, ensuring seamless collaboration between Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Procurement. You will drive operational excellence, resolve challenges, and ensure projects stay on track to reach customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Product Team, ensuring smooth project execution from engineering to production.
• Monitor and align production schedules, resolving bottlenecks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize workflows and problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure quality and operational performance remain at the highest standards.
• Implement structured daily routines to ensure progress tracking and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and drive project success.

We are looking for a driven and structured project leader who thrives in a high-tech, fastpaced manufacturing setting. You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations within a regulated industry.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus, or at least willingness to learn).
• Living within commuting distance Papendrecht (or willingness to relocate).
