Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Phantom Works Systems Engineering and Integration Team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO to lead the evaluation and integration of model based systems engineering solution kits into our Phantom Works (PW) proprietary programs. The selected candidate will support the PW Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) team in providing cross-program model-based systems engineering solutions. They will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and systems engineers across the division to evaluate the available systems engineering solution kits, tailor as needed for PW integration, and ensure consistent implementation across PW programs, while embracing the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategy. The ability to work and lead in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written, and verbal communications skills are essential.
