The Patient Financial Services Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer, and will fill an important role in this hospital s Revenue Cycle operations. Supported by a team of PFS Specialists, Financial Counselors, and Admitting personnel, this Manager will lead a team that s already up and running.

Working in collaboration, and in conjunction, with the Health Information Management (HIM) team, Patient Experience and Engagement Specialists, Admissions, Case Management, and Revenue Cycle experts, the Manager of Patient Access will play an increasingly important role for this medical center and its operations.

One of the first tasks to take on will be improving A/R Days. Experience with quickly examining workflows, recognizing critical steps, and taking corrective action will be key to success in this position. This is a good position for someone who enjoys getting into the details to figure out where the process can be improved. Experience with Meditech is also a plus, but not required.
