Description:

Our client, a leader in the hydraulic products industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic sales department supporting customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Inside Sales Representative


Location: Paradise, NL


Pay Range: $50,000 to $58,000 Based on Experience


What's the Job?

  • Handle customer inquiries in person, via email, fax, or phone, providing technical support for hydraulic products.
  • Interact with team members to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise Hose and Fittings product inventory, setting minimum and maximum inventory levels to support customer needs.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoicing, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Regularly review technical and marketing bulletins to maintain current product knowledge and provide training to staff.


What's Needed?

  • A strong background and knowledge of hydraulic products, including hoses and fittings.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • A desire to explore new business opportunities to enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration with the Branch Manager and fellow staff members.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally and work extra hours to meet customer needs.
