We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the communities of Tyler and Marshall, MN. Job Title: Staff Occupational Therapist Location: Tyler Healthcare Center Avera and Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will work in a variety of settings including SNF/LTC, outpatient, and hospital inpatient. About our Team: Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around at both sites. In Marshall, the caseload would be adult outpatient with the primary goal of lymphedema treatment. In Tyler, the caseload will be inpatient, outpatient and nursing home coverage. Lymphedema treatment would be provided in Tyler also. Mentorship will be provided. This position provides the opportunity for leadership advancement. An interest in pediatrics would valuable as we are looking to expand our pediatric program.
