We're Looking For:


We are seeking a Head of Procurement with experience in category management, strategic sourcing, and procure-to-pay (P2P) process optimization. You will be part of a dynamic and results-oriented team responsible for ensuring that the company's procurement activities are aligned with organizational goals and continuously improved. You will be involved in developing category strategies, leading supplier selection and relationship management, and streamlining the P2P cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to drive procurement excellence. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming procurement functions.

You Will:




  • Develop and implement long-term category strategies that align with the company's business objectives.




  • Conduct market analysis, identify potential suppliers, and lead strategic sourcing initiatives.




  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for pricing, delivery, and service levels.




  • Streamline the procure-to-pay (P2P) process to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve compliance.




  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance.




  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the performance of the procurement function.




  • Mentor and develop a team of procurement professionals.







Where You Work:


Your work is performed as a hybrid employee in our Carmel, Indiana office.


Must Have's:




  • 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).




  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.




  • Proven track record of driving cost reduction initiatives and improving procurement efficiency.




  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.




  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.




Nice to Have's:




  • Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar credentials, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.




  • Knowledge of sustainability and green procurement practices.




  • Experience in ERP tools deployment.
