Description: Family Medicine Physician Need- Northern California Work Dates Needed: ASAP - ongoing- long term Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope of Work: 18 patients a day, mix of peds & adults. 1 RN and 2 MA's. Will see well women care, IUD insertion / removal, Newborn in first 30 days, to adult care, could include chronic pain management, another physician & APP will be on site with this locum provider Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, BC/BE (less than 5 years since residency) MD or DO EMR: EPIC
