Practice Details:

Outpatient visits with new and established patients

Perform assessment on of patients based on information provided.

Tracks lab results, follow up and procedure outcomes for patients.

Discusses treatment plans with physician and families.

Provides information to established patients and families.

Treatment of all ages for a wide range of conditions
