Description: Job Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, customers. etc. Ability to communicate effectively. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to make independent judgments, which have moderate impacts on the organization. Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service oriented with ability to problem solve and manage difficult customer situations Results-oriented, accurate and thorough with a commitment to accountability Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs Comply with Centra Sota's driver qualification requirements and Drug and Alcohol Policy Maintain a valid class A CDL, tanker endorsement and the required DOT medical certification. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience demonstrating the ability to do the job Knowledge of agronomy related products, services and equipment Prior experience in an agricultural environment Skilled operation of equipment Physical Demands: _The demands described are representative of those to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
