This opportunity is based out of the Bronx in New York City and is an ideal opportunity for you to make an impact on the Geriatric population in the area. The facility is a modern Value Based Care clinic and we have received excellent feedback from the providers we have placed with this client.
Details/Requirements:
Board Certification is required
Coverage needed as soon as credentialed
Can credential in 30 days
Monday-Friday schedule, 8-5
15-20 patients per day
