Description: Dentist opening in CA Located in Boonville Full Time/Part Time Location: Beautiful Mendocino County, California We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a diverse population, including general patients and migrant farm workers. Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality care to all community residents, and we are looking for a team player who shares this commitment. About Us: We are an independent rural health center providing comprehensive care since 1976. Our services include medical, dental, and behavioral health, with a focus on serving underserved populations. We see approximately 2,800 patients annually, delivering care through a variety of programs aimed at supporting chronic disease management and overall health. Role Overview: As a General Dentist, you will have excellent clinical skills and the ability to build trust with patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include a range of dental procedures and collaborating with dental staff, including RDA, DA, and hygienists. Core Responsibilities: Work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse and underserved populations. Engage in team-based care and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain thorough documentation and patient charts. Develop and execute treatment plans based on patient needs. Minimum Requirements: Valid license from the Dental Board of California (or in process). Completion of a graduate degree in dental medicine. Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA). At least 3 years of experience in general dentistry. Excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly demeanor. Attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish. Experience with Electronic Health Records (eCW experience is a plus). Compensation and Benefits: $10,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance and housing stipend. 4 weeks and 2 days PTO.
