We are urgently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Bariatrics Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our specialized team in Shelton, CT. What We Require
Education : Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
Licensure : Current licensure as an NP or PA in the state of Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in bariatrics, internal medicine, or a similar clinical setting preferred; new graduates with a strong clinical background and an interest in bariatrics are encouraged to apply.
