Description: Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Cleveland, TN 37311Pay rate: $31per hourShifts: Per diem/ 1st and 2nd shift are availableNursing Home FacilityResponsibilities:- Monitor patients' conditions by taking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and RNs.- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.- Educate patients and their families about health care plans and medication management.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Observe patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to RNs or physicians.- Assist with medical procedures as directed by RNs.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
