- Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- Full-time, 34 clinical hours a week with 6 paid admin hours, Clinic open M-F 8a-5p; Flexible four-day onsite week
- 100% outpatient
- Must have at least 2 years Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant experience
