Northwest Health- Porter, in Valparaiso, IN, has an opportunity for a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology team. Experienced PA/NP preferred; Cardiology experience preferred.

Details of Position:
- Outpatient only; Monday - Friday schedule
- Collaborate with highly productive, engaged cardiologist
- Assess and treat follow up patients
- Phone triage patient needs
- Collaborative workflow with cardiologists to ensure efficiencies and autonomy
