Locums - Peoria, Illinois, NP/PA Hospitalist Opening

- ASAP - Ongoing Need
- Coverage needed is needed for inpatient hospital admitting
- Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
- Bread & butter Hospital Medicine APP experience
- No procedures required, no codes or RRTs. Includes rounding and admitting
- Number of Beds: 329
- Level II Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Population: >18 years; Medicare, & Private Payors
- Average # of Cases Per Day: Approx. 8 Patients
- Support Staff: Full MD/DO Support; RN & Techs
- Number of Physicians/APPs in Dept.: 27 Physicians and 7 APPs
- IL Licensed PA is required; however, an exception may be made for an APRN (possibly considered, but MUST HAVE Acute Care Certification and direct patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last year)
- IL CSR/DEA Required
- PA-C - Highly Preferred
- NP-APRN - Welcome
- BLS Required
