Description: Overview
CHI Health Clinic Valley View is actively seeking an Experienced, Full-Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated provider to step into a growing practice.


Details of the position:

  • Busy practice

  • Average of 21-24 patient visits per day

  • Ultrasound, NST, and Colposcopy available in the clinic

  • EPIC

  • Work alongside Dr. Shanahan, Dr. Simon, & Dr. Reddy

  • Large referral network of Primary Care providers

  • Open to outreach in Southwest Iowa

  • Provision of clinical care as part of a multi-disciplinary team

  • Provide access for annuals, same day appointments, return OBs, Birth Control consults, IUD placements/removals

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care:


    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

  • Quality Improvement:


    • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

    • Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.

    • Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.


  • Compliance:


    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.

    • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

    • Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.


  • Continuous Learning:


    • Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.

    • Participate in ongoing medical education and training.

    • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain an Iowa License

  • Experienced Candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Range

$50.46 - $58.87 /hour
